Feels Like Summertime - Now How Do I Brew the Perfect Glass of Iced Tea?

Iced tea - what a fabulous beverage! Now that it's hot outside, nothing cools you down like a tall, frosty glass of iced tea. Here are a few tips on how to brew the perfect cup:

Quick Brewing Instructions
To brew a quart, fill a tea filter/bag with 4 to 5 teaspoons of loose tea and place in a pitcher. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Pour the boiling water directly over the tea and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea filter bags and then add 2 more cups of cold water. Serve over ice.

Sun Brewed Iced Tea
Fill a container with 4 cups of cold water. Place 6 teaspoons of loose leaf tea into a tea filter/bag and cover lightly. Place in direct sunlight for 2 to 4 hours (depending on desired strength). Remove bags and serve over ice.
